How much longer can we watch this, and our government remain complicit. Anyone have anything constructive we can be doing. I have written to my MP, although not attended a march

What's even worse is pro Israel supporters are circulating a video from 2017 on SM from a medical training video where "wounds" are applied with cosmetics and stating that the Palestinians are faking the injuries in this conflict. Many are stupid enough to believe it.

Armed men in sudan are raping children and babies as young as one as an act of war.

Never mind the fact that they are also starving and children are resorting to eating rats, soil and tree leaves for food.

What is it with Gaza that has everybody so fired up but you couldn't give a toss about the rest of the world and probably don't even know. It as if is the only conflict on earth.

All I’ve done about Sudan is donate to UNICEF but as it’s a cause you know a lot about and are committed to, you’ll be able to make great suggestions. I can’t really understand why you didn’t include them in this post…….it certainly wouldn’t be that you’re using an humanitarian disaster
to make a very weak point.

Sadly, AI seems to be being utilised for both sides along with misinformation and outright lies. For example, a photo posted on X recently claims to be a before / after image of Gaza but in reality the ‘before’ photo is of Tel Aviv.

Personally, the horror is too much to bear. I've completely shut off from the issue because I think I can't do anything about it. I've invested my youth in protests, actions, reflections, demonstrations, gatherings of all kinds; I feel we are truly impotent and I feel very pessimistic (bordering on cynical) about this particular conflict. I actively avoid this topic of discussion. It's unbearable.
I'm sorry for the rambling: I guess I'm just trying to make sense.
Now that I'm older, for the first time I've opened myself to the arguments of zionists and pro-Israel people: I understand and even agree with some of them. But I can't force myself to deny that this is a genocide. And I am not doing anything about it.

I never saw that fake showing a before photo of Telaviv but purporting to be Gaza.

I did, however, hear and see Jeremy Bowen on one of the Jordanian planes dropping aid out of the huge opening in the plane out of which he could look down at the landscape of Northern Gaza below. He said he had known Gaza well before, and described that what he was now looking at shows it had been totally wiped out.

The aid dropping planes had only been allowed by Israel on condition that no photographs/videos were taken.
