ICC prosecutor Khan accused of retaliation for sexual misconduct allegation - is this someone the world can take seriously?

Not seen anything posted on here about the ICC prosecuted who issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant being accused of sexual misconduct. Now there are allegations of retaliation to this allegation.

Is this someone who can be trusted to carry out such a serious prosecution on the world stage?

Should he not be replaced as ICC prosecutor until these allegations have been proven either true or false?

The alleged victim herself said she held back in pursuing a complaint as she feared it could be politicised by Israel before posters pile in with claims Israel put her up to it.

Do the posters who insist Netanyahu is committing genocide to delay corruption charges against him have any thoughts?

The sexual misconduct allegations against Khan are understood to pre-date his request for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant according to the BBC.

He’s not someone I take seriously. His brother was locked up for sexual offences against children I believe

I don’t think that should reflect on him as he is not in any way responsible for his brother’s actions but I’m surprised that someone in such a globally prominent legal position would not have at least stepped down until such serious allegations were investigated and proven without merit if that was the case.

It seems the allegations weee kept out of the media until after the arrest warrants were issued from that BBC article.

I think he should be replaced as ICC prosecutor until the claims have been investigated and found to be true or untrue.

Considering there are a an awful lot of posters who constantly refer to the arrest warrants for Netanyahu and label him a war criminal, why am I not surprised there is so few responses to this thread in which the conduct of the chief prosecutor who issued the arrest warrants is in question?

The same posters constantly refer to Netanyahu trying to avoid justice for corruption charges as the reason he is committing alleged war crimes.

Yet tumbleweed………………..

In my view he should step down and a full investigation/trial take place.

In the meantime evidence regarding Netanyahu and war crimes will stand or be weak on its own - unrelated to this sexual misconduct- and can continue to be considered by those who take over from thus man.
