I had unprotected sex twice yesterday with dh (yes, I know - stupid, but we got carried away). It was day 13 of a very regular 29 day cycle. I already have two children. One is 4 and the other is 1. I had fertility issues due to weight problems when I got pregnant with my first. I wasn't tracking my periods then so I have no idea what day it was. But with my second, when we decided to start trying I got pregnant the first month after having sex around mid-cycle for a few days. SO, I guess I am relatively fertile now. Do you think I am pregnant? I planned to have another baby, b ut not right now.

If you dont want a baby just yet then I would go ASAP to the chemist/doctors and get the morning after pill - just to make sure.

Go to the chemist or A&E now to get emergency contraception. The earlier you use it, the more effective it is.

Oh no! That is not what I am saying at all! If I am pregnant, then I will have the baby. I just want to know what people think about the odds of me being pregnant. Thanks for answering though.

If you have a regular 29 day cycle then you're probably pretty fertile at the moment so there's every chance that you are. But equally, there's every chance that you're not.

If you don't want to take emergency contraception then you'll just have to ride it out for a week or three ... good luck.

Considering that you concieved first try last time I would think your fertility is relatively normal now. Therefore your chances are probably the same as the average couple- that is 20% per month...based on statistics. So who knows really. I took ages first time, three months second time...also know people that took straight away first time then months ttc no 2....so you'll have to wait and see.

When did you do the test - in July? The only way to know for sure is to take another one.

hi wigwam i have taken 2 tests but both have come back neg we are now into sept and still no sign of flow, im feelingtired during the day im getting period like stomach pains and my left groin keeps going sore it is starting to worry me now

Very high chance both of you could be pregnant! I had 2 neg tests with my dd and it wasn't confirmed until 9weeks through a blood test! An even more scarey I was 15weeks with my first before it was confirmed!
