Hi - my DB and SIL have been trying to conceive for 7 years now and have been down most routes including 1 attempt a ICSI about 4 years ago. The results were negative and thestress caused them such physical symptoms they agreed not to try again. However, 4 years on, a little wiser and less blind enthusiasm, they have decided to try again but are looking for a far less stressful process. Last time they were at BARTS in london and the travel and inefficiency they were confronted with (including sending them away straight after procedures where SIL was unable to walk in a straight line from the medication)definitely added to stress levels. They were looking at private treatment closer to home (Norfolk) and found the closest looked to be Bourn Hall and they have since found they can go there on NHS and funding has been granted. She is now wondering if anyone has any experience of them, good or bad or practical that you would share and any stories of other East of England clinics as they are expecting to be given the choice at their first hospital appt. Hoping you can help...thanks x
