ANYONE HEARD OR TRIED THAT PUMPKIN SEEDS AID FERTILITY??

My friend has told me today that pumpkin seeds aid fertility does anyone know this or tried it please? (my mums got me a bag today )

Zinc is an important component for creating vaginal fluid and semen. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of zinc. So both you and your partner can munch on them together.

Can't say I've ever tried it as am currently ttc 1st baby so maybe I should give them a go!!
