Anybody have any thoughts on pregnacare versus solgar or zita west multi vitamins

I have been taking Pregnacare Conception but wondered if anyone thought Solgar or Zita West ones were better?

I've just strated sanatogen. Wasn't sure which to choose (mind boggling array) but in the end I think they are all much of a muchness. As long as they have good the ol' 400ug of folic acid in.

Well, the reason I ask is because I read somewhere that solgar vits absorb better than pregnacare.
