Please Can You Help Me Im 40 Yrs Old I Had A Miscarriage Last Year In Sep We Are Wanting To Try Again I Have Sore Nipples Getting Popping Like Twinges In My Lower Regions Dizzy I Need To Know If Im Pregnant Again Im Due On 18th Jan 2010? its just that i dont want to get them mistaken for period symptoms hopeful for any surgestions from u guys thanks xx

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage chev, that is hard. I know you won't want to hear it, but you really need to wait until your period is due and then take a home pregnancy test. I'd recommend the digital ones, as although they cost a bit more, you don't then agonise over the result.
