HAs anyone got pregnant naturally after 2+ years of trying?

Hello,

Coming to the end of our trying naturally stage and before we start clomid (hopefully) I wanted to hear any stories of people who got pregnant naturally after a long time trying.

Anyone?

My SIL tried for a looong time. Not sure how long exactly but more than 2 years.
She went down the fertility treatment route and had no luck still.
Eventually I think they came to terms with it not happening for them, booked the holiday of a lifetime and that was that.....she fell pregnant naturally.
