Sorry to everyone who has AF - it seems like a mass exodus from the bus over the last 24hrs

I think AF is due for me today, but no sign yet. Am actually starting to wonder if this might be my month, but don't want to test as don't want to get my hopes dashed if it's a BFN. Might just not test at all and if a baby comes out of me in 9 months time then I'll assume that it was a BFP!

Can I join I am not expecting af for another week. Iam hoping that we used a clear blue ovulation test and hopefully this might help. I am trying to avoid testing to early as have done that when I was ttc last time. This is my first cyle after coming off the pill in November.

Starting to get achy boobs, so I suspect af will show in the next 4/5 days or so. I kinda find it hard to symptom spot as, from everyone I have spoken with, it seems the symptoms of pg before you miss a period are exactly the same as pmt symptoms... What a cruel trick! Have those of you who have been pg before found that? I am the eldest of 5 children, and my Mum has said that every time she was pg, she thought in the few days before af was due that af was on its way as usual, as those were the symptoms she had... the morning sickness didn't start until a week or so after she was late. And I also didn't realise until speaking with Mum (who was also a midwife!) that implantation bleeding is rare... and I thought everyone got it!

Sorry to see so many leaving...I guess we're moving towards the end of this bus' natural life Everyone left, have some choccies and think +ve thoughts!!

I'm still feeling like poo, phoned the out of hours doc last night and ended up caving and taking my medications Thank goodness I have my neurology appt coming up.

Points, I also got my physio to refer me on for acupuncture - I'm not sure whether I want her giving me any more migraines with the exercises she gives me!

Quick question, actually jumped off the bus last week but forgot to take my name off the list...
Been taking antibiotics which were not good if i got pregnant (docs words as strong ones)...

Now, I have finished the course and wonder, if by some miracle we conceived before I'm due, would the antibiotics have damaged the egg or now that i've finished the course would it be ok..

Like i said, highly unlikely but wondering if I should use condoms till AF arrives probably next weekend.

Cazzr it's a tricky one, I would carry on with the TTC in these circumstances, last month i had to take antibiotics as was ill but still carried on regardless though didn't get pregnant anyway. I think there would be very few drugs that could harm an egg but I am no expert so hopefully someone else can answer the question more sensibly then a someone who is desperate to get pregnant!

bunnygirl have you tested yet? I managed not to test today - think I am going to try and hold out for Sunday Eve/Monday as AF should def be here sometime this weekend. Think I'm so scared of getting a BFN that would rather wait for AF now. Got usual pre-AF cramps at the moment and sore boobs so not sure what status i am right now. Anyway when I do finally test, I am really going to savour that POAS.

Points - snap on the sore boobs af twinges front (sigh!). I am due on 19/20th though, so am going to test on Friday 22nd (although I am pretty certain af will beat me to it!)

Will we all be hopping onto the Oct bus after this (unless of course we all get BFPs! ) or do people's cycle lengths mean next cycle is Nov? My next cycle would give a due date of end of Oct, so I'll be at the back again....

Grr.. I hate it but I suspect af is almost upon me....

Hi I hope this is my month, I'm on the same testing dates as legallyblond so Friday could be intresting. I haven't had any symptoms, but I didn't in my last 4 pregnacies at the early stage. Keeping fingers crossed for all of us left on this bus.

Ahhhh somebody stop me! I have started symptom spotting....never good!

Last month I was sure I felt dizzy and nauseous. Obviously no bfp or I wouldn't still be here - it was all in my head

So of course this month there's no nausea or dizzyness this month...instead I am obsessed with my nipples! I am convinced that they are growing. I also made the mistake of seeing a reference to Montgomery's Tubercules and then googling it Even the fact that I think I always have them (notice the doubt creeping in?!) isn't stopping me from thinking they might, just might be symptoms.

Don't have a wet trout to hand, but will a lump of ice from the path outside down your back do you any good kawaiiko! I am as usual doing my see-saw impression - Not pregnant, may be, not, maybe. With every twinge of a pre-af boob. My boobs never used to be sore pre af before I started this ttc lark.

Umbongo: you are probably making them sore by squeazing them so much to see if they are sore! lol

Points: Doc definitely said the antibiotics were ones not to take if pregnant as they were particulalry strong (2nd course of antibiotics for this cough).
I know I ovulated later than usual but it was still 5 days ago so HIGHLY unlikely to get pregnant, so will just go with the flo and enjoy myself. :D

Fully expect to be on Oct bus (just) assuming AF isn't later than norm..

Just taking myself off the bus - AF arrived 2 hours after I POAS. I should have known that it would be a sure fire way to encourage AF to turn up.
