I'm onto the July bus - AF arrived this evening. Nice regular 28-day cycle so that's good for the first month off the pill. Thanks very much for being my first bus, congratulations again to all the BFPs, and look forward to seeing some of you again on the July bus...

Hi all - need some thoughts here! I POAS this morning but only an ebay cheapie and got a faint line what do you think? Crappy test or posibly a BFP????

Have sent a friend out to buy a first response or a clear blue today while I'm at work! Any thoughts anyone??

skihorse · 12/10/2009 08:27

morning bluesnow Well I believe a line is a line - but an expensive test will give you peace of mind. You must POAS and let us knmow asap!

Hollyoaks · 12/10/2009 08:43

mrsr congratulations

bluesnowfalcon sounds like good news to me, fingers crossed you get a more obvious positive when you poa (more expensive) s.

emnotpgyet sorry you didnt get your bfp this month but take it as a big positive that you got af bang on time and you can now work out your cycle and when you ovulate much easier. It can be a nightmare when you come off the pill, it took me 6 months to have my first af when I came off it.

bluesnowfalcon · 12/10/2009 08:48

Thanks - i'll have to wait til later or the morning to POAmore expensiveS! I'll let you all know - trying not to hope for a BFP but it is really hard!

skihorse · 12/10/2009 08:52

I think I'm going to invent a stick which actually sets off a klaxon, a flashing blue light and says in the style of Stephen Hawking :" Yes, you are pregnant. Stop wasting your money on more sticks. You're pregnant. For the love of god woman calm down. I said do not buy more sticks."

sayanything · 12/10/2009 09:32

Good morning all.

It sounds like good news bluesnowfalcon, I hope the more expensive StoPO confirms the line. Fingers cross for you.

I'm officially off the bus my fellow passengers. Yesterday's spotting turned to proper flow, so it's either my period or I've had another chemical pregnancy. I never got a BFP, so I'm officially treating it as my (slightly late) period, but everything about these past few days were identical to my CP in July. I suppose it's not really worth mulling it over...

Best of luck everyone, I hope this is a luck bus for you all.

xxx

sayanything · 12/10/2009 09:34

lucky

UmBongo · 12/10/2009 10:03

Morning all,

CONGRATULATIONS to mrsr and bluesnow and anyone else I have missed.

I have been away for the weekend, poa-ebay cheapy-s before we went and incredibly faint, possibly imagined line, same again this morning so, like bluesnow I too am looking for a "proper" test today! (although will have to wait until after shopping trip with my mother!) However I am now on day 35 and temp is still up. Boobs slightly sore, but again am loosing the plot to such an extent now that I don't know if that too is imaginary.

SnowBunny1 · 12/10/2009 10:13

Morning all

I'm still loitering as a bit scared to join the an threads at the moment.

congrats MrsR and Blue, fantastic news

Sorry this wasn't your month say, fingers crossed for next time.

Hollyoaks · 12/10/2009 10:16

sayanything bad news, good luck for July

umbongo sounds very promising.

Good luck to all those po more expensive s's.

Ladyemmalou83 · 12/10/2009 10:35

Good Luck with POAS the expensive way! Ive now used up all my cheapies, so if AF hasnt arrived by sunday then Im off a POAS spending spree, only becuase DH is off to spain to see his folks and he wont be able to moan. Sneaky I know, but a girls gotta know!

Lifeistooshort · 12/10/2009 13:16

I have been away for three days so haven't had a chance to catch up on the others' news. I hope we have lots of graduates on here.

Personally I am already fed up of the TTC business. I went away for the weekend and nothing happened on Friday. On Saturday, still nothing although my breast started changing shaped, I was feeling quite sick and had to go for a nap after a walk. I therefore concluded that perhaps I was pgt after all. I have had all sorts of stretching/pulling feelings and bullet breasts. So I came back last night and rushed to the nightstore to buy a CBD. BFN. So I thought I would go back to the nightstore to buy another one as I remembered from some threads that it was better to test in the morning.

Tested this morning again BFN. I was about 5 days late. An our after POAS...AF arrived. How typical that the first month we TTC I get an odd cycle which I never never get. And I abstained from all alcohol at my family reunion ...so gutted.

So off I trot to the July bus and I say that in the nicest possbile way, I hope I won't see any of you on there

Lifeistooshort · 12/10/2009 13:19

Before I disappear I thought I would congratulate Mrs Righby and bluefalcon

Ladyemmalou83 · 13/10/2009 00:40

Have a lovely Tuesday everyone

Romilly70 · 13/10/2009 07:57

Oh dear - what is it about TTC which makes a normally clockwork cycle go haywire?!!

Well am 6 days late, but 2 BFN on days 29 and 33 make me think that my fantasy of being pg is just that!

Iguess I just need to wait for AF, but there is absolutely no sign, no spotting, anything. I just don't know what to think...
Sorry rant over, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!

bluesnowfalcon · 13/10/2009 08:04

It seems AF has arrived today which I guess means that the faint lines either were imagined or evaporation lines! Anyway I guess that puts me back to

bluesnowfalcon TTC#1 Cycle 4 UCL33 CD1

Thanks for all the thoughts and best wishes you all sent yesterday though

Pinkwine · 13/10/2009 08:05

Romilly I am in exactly the same boat as you!! BFN and a week late now, no signs of AF here either. I am currently aboard the July bus, but have been lurking around your bus in hope
I don't know what is going on either, but just thought we could rant together!!

Hollyoaks · 13/10/2009 08:24

bluesnow sorry to hear that, I was convinced you were yesterday. Good luck for this month.

Romilly70 · 13/10/2009 08:51

thanks Pinkwine - It's nice to not be the only one. It's the not knowing which is frustrating - if AF arrived I could just concentrate on next cycle instead of burning money on ClearBlue!

Good luck either way!

UmBongo · 13/10/2009 09:33

Well, pinkwine and romilly can I join you on board your rudderless boat on this bus, I am now nearly a week late, only vague very very faint possibly imagined lines on Boots and cheap tests, and have been having period-like rumblings in my belly for about 10 days. Aaaaarrgh. I should have bought the test that says NOT Pregnant in big letters but I thought they were very expensive and I'm not sure if I can cope with being told NOT pregnant. If af arrived then I could at least drown my sorrows!

Limelight · 13/10/2009 10:11

Hi everyone! Wow - so many graduates. Congrats to you all.

UCL is 35ish and I'm on 33. Am choosing to believe that last month's 50 + day cycle was just an aboration. And breathing lots.

And so we wait....

If we don't get a BFP this month, we're having a break next month because DH is doing a London-Paris cycling thing in July 2010 and it would obviously be sods law that ny due date would be that week.

Would be great if it was this month....

(Drumming fingers on table)
