Ok Ladies... new thread, since the old one was getting too long and dragging my computer (and Kat's) down with it!

MrsD - cant believe you are 30 weeks already! So you found that cutting out the lactose helps? It will be almost a week for me and I have noticed some improvement, but not a lot. Of course, he is still getting a milk-based formula supplement to the BFing. I am going to switch to a soy formula and see if it makes a difference as well. Until then... God give me strength!!! LOL

Hi Charlotte! Glad to have more slightly insane people around!

So sorry to hear of MC's for you and Loopsymummy. I had one in 2007 .

But I think it would be a shame not to try again until the EDD is passed. You would still remember the EDD whether you were pregnant again or not..

Completely agree that feels greedy to be on the tccing boards - I felt that way when ttcing DD3 with twins already!

I think if we did have another child, sadly I too would chicken out and explain it as a bit of a suprise..

So any symptom spotting today?

I had big waves of nausea on school run and my boobs are sore. However, have learnt that some months when I know am definitely not pregnant that I can have nausea/sore boobs etc as part of normal PMT - so trying not to get at all excited!

hattyyellow · 21/07/2010 09:54

ps what is health in pregnancy grant? I didn't get that with DD3 (born end of 2008)...

Bad luck on the BFN Charlotte...fingers xd you were testing far too soon and there's still good news around the corner..

I am on (I think) day 25..lots of nausea yesterday, watched one minute of masterchef and the sight of them chopping up raw chicken made me feel so sick. That normally wouldn't bother me at all.

(DH thinks I just have the tummy bug he had last week - I think his manly pride won't let him accept that he can have a bug and my immune system can shrug it off!)

Tick, tock, tick, tock..trying so hard to concentrate on work!

Loopy...Difficult thing is that I've been on the mini pill for ages so my cycle has been very erratic...

I ordered some tests with my Tesco order so they've been delivered today. Am determined not to test before next week. ...

Nausea could be PMT type symptom? So with you on the false hope every time I yawn! And then I get a hot flush of panic that (much as I love my twins and wouldn't change them) it will be twins again and twins twice would just be too much for me!

Scanning lower down thread, so sorry to hear your MC was so recent. That must have been really tough for you . Fingers crossed for things working out for you again..at least you are getting near the end of the 2WW.

Well done you, it sounds like you have a lot of strength and positivity..fingers crossed for this month!

I think because my twins are id, my chances of having twins again are not raised..but I'm now older and I've had previous children. Eeek!

Hey, you might have twin boys!

sweetkitty · 22/07/2010 14:50

hi Loopymumsy - you sound a bit like me with 3 girls, I was SOO sure no 4 was another girl we had all her names chosen. We were very shocked when the scan revealed a boy. He's 11 weeks now and utterly adorable. I had a mc between nos 2 and 3 so understand a bit what your going through.

4 is hard hard work though, my others are just turned 6, 4 1/2 and just turned 2. We have no family help so just DP and I so it is very full on.

No more babies for us though, couldn't cope with another horrendous SPD pregnancy, am almost 35 and been pregnant or BFing for over 6 years give or take a few months, body is crying out for a break. DP has said he will consider the snip but not just now.

Hello all This thread has taken off Welcome to all the newbies

6 more days til Marco has his first birthday! I cant believe it! The year has just flown. I think the more kids you have, the faster the time goes. LOL

Sweet Kitty - Glad to hear all is well with you. The girls must be loving their new little brother! How is he sleeping?

M/C are hard. Would not want to wish one on anyone... even in its early stages (mine was at 6.5 weeks). Hope all you TTC-ers have very sticky little beans!
