Congrats to you Joycey! Thats a lovely name and I'm sure she's gorgeous.

DH said last night he can't wait to meet our baby - which considering how squeamish he is surprised me!

proudestmummyever · 26/11/2009 09:20

Aww thts soo lovely Joycey! So different, hw do u pronounce her name?

My dd is Caitlin, and pp used to comment hw different it was and beautiful when she was born, but nw thre are hundreds of Caitlin's, and my wee boy is Jack which of course is very popular, but we loved it, he just looke like a "Jack" xx

Joycey29 · 27/11/2009 08:09

Hi Ladies thought I'd drop in and say hello.
This seems to have gone very quiet - how are you all doing?

proudestmummyever · 07/12/2009 10:43

Liskey · 07/12/2009 18:49

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you this month pme!

We were out trying to get a car seat today as bump is now due in about 5 weeks!

Liskey · 07/12/2009 19:12

In answer to Joycey's question iaatcey has changd her name for Christmas to hurrydownthechimmney and last I saw on the due in Jan thread was doing ok.

PistachioLemon · 09/12/2009 20:03

Liskey, congratulations! Did I miss that! Wow, that's brilliant news

PME, you're not alone, I'm also not up-duffed yet, but it's because DHs little guys are not up to scratch. We've both just had a raft of bloods taken and see the doc at the beginning of Jan to see if we can get referred.

Hope you're well?

PistachioLemon · 09/12/2009 20:03

Actually, Liskey, I think I didn't miss that - I've just had my head in the sand for ages! Sorry!

Liskey · 13/12/2009 14:57

Oh its lovely to see a message from you PL - haven't "seen" you for ages! Though I'm sorry to hear about your DH's swimmers - I hope you get your referral through soon.

Liskey · 31/12/2009 16:49

Hi Ladies - thought I'd drop in again and let you know the news! Baby Eeanor arrived 22/12 - weight 5.5lbs - she was induced early due to me suddenly getting pre-ecamplsia - then she got distressed and I ended up with an emergency c-section. She arrived safely though and is absolutely beautiful - I'm not biased honest!

proudestmummyever · 31/12/2009 23:35

Hi!

Another new TTC'er here.

Only been on the case for a month, so waiting for AF to appear or not as the case might be.

Been off the pill/depo for years and have been using condoms for the last few years. Never had a missed or late AF, so just hoping we had toptastic condoms rather than us both or one of us being not quite up to scratch on the baby front.

We have, or should I say I, been putting off having a family for quite awhile for a number of reasons and typically now we have decided it can't happen quick enough, which surely means that it will be a painstakingly long time til we get that BFP, if indeed we can have children.

Let's hope so.

We are totally broody!

Congrats to all the new mums and all the mums to be!!!

QueenOlive · 25/06/2010 22:41

I get the impression this is a "killing time because anything's better than weeing on a stick" thread... Well probably a good place for me; following a little op last month I'm heading towards the Full moon, and feeling remarkably relaxed, where ordinarily I should be biting the cats head off by now!

Also, for those of you looking for a vigourous climbing french bean, I'd recommend "Kentucky Wonder". No beans yet, but fantastic strong plants and lots of flower buds.

PistachioLemon · 28/06/2010 11:38

Liskey how did I miss this? That's amazing news, how are you both now? Eleanor must be becoming a proper little girl now, how lovely.

Queen Olive Thanks for the climbing french bean recommendation! I shall look out for it! Any news of the other sort of bean yet?

PistachioLemon · 28/06/2010 11:41

Liskey I just peeked at your profile - Eleanor is just gorgeous. Any updated pics?
