My skin is a nightmare since coming of the pill :(

So ... I came of the pill in October! The last 6/7 weeks my skin was been a nightmare, quiet a few spots on my face at the moment!

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, when did your skin clear up and feel normal again?

Unfortuately adult acne, caused by hormones, is really common these days.
The only thing that helped when this happened to me was taking an evening primrose oil supplement. My skin is crap virtually all the time when I am not on the pill. The good news is that when you get pregnant your skin may well clear up (as mine has)!

Ouch I really hope so, dont know how much more I can take of spots! lol
