A faint positive is still a positive, isn't it?

We have been ttc since Jan07. Got a v faint positive line on a standard hpt last night (1day late). Tried again with a first response test this morning and again very very faint positive, but they say you can test from 6 days early and I am now 2 days late, so was expecting to get a good strong BFP this morning. I am a bit worried that I've got my hopes up, but that something is amiss, can anyone reassure me?

I didn't get a decent BFP until I was over a week late - it's really common. I know it's easy for me to tell you to try not to worry, but a BFP is a BFP . If you do the test again in a couple of days I'm sure you'll get a stronger line.

Congratulations
