Anyone hoping to ttc in the new year??

I had a MMC in september and was told to wait 3 months before ttc.
Looking to connect with other for ladies who are waiting for the new year ttc
The waiting is so hard!!!

How are you all going to get through this last month of waiting before starting to ttc? Any ideas would be good, as I soooo want to be trying now, but have to wait!

We're not definatly TTCing but DD will be one and we want a nice close age gap so hopefully money wont be so tight that we can't afford it.

hi lucky, my ds is 6 now so we will have a whopping age gap, just as we begin to get solvent, we start agian

LOL - DP keeps saying are you sure you want another when DD acts up! lol
I've always said I wanted at least 2 - I'd love to be able to afford a house that will accomodate 5/6

5/6, it's taken us this long to try for no. 2, I'd be 90 by the time I got to 5.
Any ides on this long month of waiting?

VJay, when I was waiting last month out I decided to tackle all the jobs around the house that would involve physical effort (the sort of effort that you wouldn't want to make when pg!) So I cleaned out the cupboards and finally put stuff in the loft, we did the wall painting we've been putting off for years, etc. You could also treat this as a 'getting fit' month - in the early stages of pg you probably won't want to do much exercise. And being fit is supposed to boost fertility anyway.

Hi, can i join too? just been reading through the thread, nice to find there's quite a few mners also going to be ttc in January.

We'll be trying for dc2 as dd is 2.8 so don't want too huge an age gap. Hoping for Sept/Oct baby. dd was a very happy accident so all this ttc is going to be new to me...

I've been assuming it'll happen more or less when we want it to, but i'm now realising we could well be in for a long wait...

louisesh I didn't (still don't) know the ins and outs of the deanna plan but from what I know from others on here doesn't it simply mean lots of BD? I thought it was every other day upto +ive OPK then 3 days on the trot, one off and one more for luck? We actually managed every day on days 8-12 and 15-18 with +ive OPK on day 15. Missed 13&14 as I was away for the w/e. I got pg but it was ectopic, but I did get pg!

Hello ladies hope you're all well and had a good weekend. I went to see my nan as she's in hospital. It was quite serious at 1 point but we've been told that she may be able to come home this week, so that's good news for the family.

My other good news is AF came to see me today - 4 days early! Which means I now have a month to go b4 we can try again!

About my DH - he definately wants a baby, didnt mean to sound as if he didnt. Its just i become a "shagzilla" with talks of ovulation etc, which doesnt exactly turn him on! Also DH is so worried that we might go through mc again and he doesnt want see me go through all that physical pain again

We were both quite sad today as I would have been 20 weeks today - halfway thru. I was meant to visit the midwife tomorrow at 9.30am and I am so worried they wouldnt have gotten my message re the mc and call me to ask why I didnt make my appointment. Would have also had my 20-week scan today

LOUISESH no children ttc now live in west yorkshire.

Am on AF now first since mmc lasted 12 days soo far NIGHTMARE are having BD but sparelingly at present until all settled down.
