AF due on 18/11/08. The 2 ww is driving me crazy. Anybody else?

Hi everyone. I only OVed on Tuesday so have another 12 days to go until I can test. OOOOh. Can't concentrate on anything else. Have sore boobs but otherwise nothing. Anybody else?

Well I'm 24 hours overdue. I'm not getting my hopes up too much though as I've had a period type pain on and off for the last week which is strange.
I also have sore boobs. Good luck.
It'd be lovely to have a summer baby.

I had IUI on Wednesday, so am a day behind you Rafiz. Trying not to test early or symptom spot this month though (yeah right)!

I have nausea, things are not tasting right, and man am I depressed and convinced Im not pregnant - which is how i feel when I have been pregnant - but of course this time it will be a horrible double mind trick!

Hi, I'm due on sat but have had horrible pms symptoms since last Friday - sore boobs, lower back ache, stomach cramps and in aching in my thighs. Sure there's no chance I'm pregnant. Also depressed to think that I spend over 1/4 of each month feeling crap.
Trying to remain positive but had to go out for lunch with pregnant family member yesterday who got pregnant both times first time of trying. This is our fifth month and I'm starting to get a bit fed up now. Sorry to moan ladies. xx

snap - i think i oved last tuesday/wednesday.
Its horrrible to have to wait so long. I keep noticing symptoms - but to be honest i know they are most likely just in my head. Roll on next week!

Still have very sore boobs but I have this even before AF...
Felt very tired last week but am O.K. today.
I switched from being completely convinced this must be it to thinking there is no chance.
I used to think 2 ww is not really that long but it feels the time has just stopped.

Another week to go!!!!!!!!before testing can begin. Well. Maybe sooner.

What's the earliest we can test?and what's the best kit? First Response claims to work even before your next AF is due. Any thoughts, anyone? Also, is there an alternative to buying super-expensive ones over the counter? Some secret website selling them cheap? Only ask in case I'm still sat here next year TTC. Will not only be un-pregnant but broke

I bought the Advanced Ultra HCG Home Pregnancy Tests which detect just 10miu of pregnancy hormone (HCG). Very sensitive. Normal pregnancy tests detect minimum 20-25miu.
They are normal dipp-in ones.

I have read that I should have a positive result on 10DPO easily. Well. I will tell you on Friday!

i am about 10 dpo. Not sure when AF is coming due to late ovulation. Thought i may be lucky this month as had tingling boobs last week but had brwon streak (tmi i know) when went to toilet earlier so may be coming tommorrow which will be very upsetting. Only good thing is this month i realised i don't have a short lp which i was worried about. Today is 10 dpo and if it comes tom will be 11 days which i think is OK for the LP. roll on next month i say. x

What does 10 DPO mean? Is it "date period overdue?" I'm guessing - probably not very well.

No tingling boobs at all at this end, but in my last pregnancies this symptom didn't start till about 6 weeks pg. But I am BLOODY STARVING all the time (although that could be a sign AF is due). I agree - this 2ww feels like forever, but there is no way I'm gonna test until 2 weeks exactly after I OV'd. Not going to drink a drop, either. Although could do with one to calm nerves....

Hi all. No real symptoms for me but am trying not to identify any and only 5 dpo. Last time was pg didn't notice anything until 10 dpo (when had lots of sticky cm and nausea).

Sunnydale - dpo is days passed ovulation.

I would recommend against testing early based on my experience last month of getting a positive the day before AF arrived. It's really horrible not knowing for sure whether or not it was a miscarriage or a faulty test (although the nausea and strong sense of smell were there too). But having said that I'm already dying to test so I'm sure by this time next week I won't be following my own advice .

I think af is going to come early for me, last night i had terrible cramps and was so exhausted i went to bed at 8.30. So im sure im out of the running - i dont mind too much as im about to start a new job in a few weeks ( thats what im telling myself anyway!)

shoptilidrop No symptoms here apart from sore boobs but even they don't hurt as much any more.

I just don't feel pregnant at all. This would be my first so don't really know what to expect but surely I would sense something's going on.
Is there anyone there who was pregnant before and didn't feel any different?

Anyone got any tips on ways to relax. I'm so uptight at the moment I feel like I have a huge knot in my stomach that is being wound up.
I do suffer with ibs/anxiety which doesn't help but am also so wound up about ttc.
My mom and friends keep saying just chill out and relax it will happen when it happens but I just don't know how to relax and undwind.
Anyone else suffer with ibs/anxiety and ttc?

Hi everyone- well I'm due for af on Monday and I've just ordered some early p tests from e bay that are sensitive to 10miu. When I was pregnant last time i got a faint positive with these tests 4 days before mt af was due-10-12 days post ov. i am going to test when they come. I don't feel pg but then I didn't have any real symptoms last time- no more or less than PMT etc....My boobs are a bit sore however. When is everyone else testing?

Ha ha Rafiz - I bought a pack of ten preg tests, a pack of 20 OPKs and a Calista microscope for monitoring your fertility via saliva. I realise I don't need the Calista as well as the OPKs as they kinda do the same job. It's more a silly good luck / superstitious thing because Calista was the only thing I used to conceive my first DC. Anyway, the package arrived this morning but I am NOT going to test until 2 weeks after we BD'd. Anyway I don't feel at all PG, so I'm pretty doubtful of a BFP. Almost to the point that I feel happier hoping but not knowing than I will knowing the worst. If I was a bit younger, I wouldn't be so worried. But hey ho, it is what it is...

I think I only OVd a day after you, but I tested this morning (why? why?) and got a BFN. Got stinging, aching feeling in uterus and am prone to crying fits, but it's probably just AF on its way. Many congrats again xx

Sunnydale don't worry. I had a BFN last night and yesterday morning.
I thought I wouldn't test today but woke up with extremely sore boobs and had a feeling that I should give it a try but I have run out of my cheap tests. ( I was testing from Sunday... Mad...) So on the way to work I went to Boots and luckily there was buy one get one free deal on First Response Tests.

I also get aching feeling in uterus so keep positive.

Caved in this morning. BFN .

I know it's still early and a test the strength I use would only pick up around 52% of pregnancies at day -4, but still feel sad. I'm still undecided about whether it's better to be let down gently by testing early and hoping you could be in that 48%/13%/3% or get the crushing blow of that temperature drop at day -1.
