am i pregnant if tests say yes despite of me having been on pill?

just had 3 tests yesterday and all said positive. Basically only started pill last month but only took it one week as i felt terribly sick. iwould actually be happy if i was pregnant but only took pill because i felt i have too much on my plate right now with work...
anyway been sent for a blod test by gp this morning but i am dying to know now(will know tomorrow pm). could anybody spare some thoughts?

3 positives? Yep, you're pregnant. Not surprising really as one weeks worth of pill won't do very much!

yes, a positive test cna only be positive if you are pregnant

i donlt think you can get a false positive

you have been having unprotected sex, so if you get a BFP, odds are, you are pregnant!

Why would he think it was a false result? (Unless you left it for half an hour before looking which could give a false positive) Sounds like you're pregnant.

Dr did not even bother phoning me!! But when i phoned three times the receptionist told me it was written early pregnancy but the results need to be marked by gp... when i phoned for the 4t time, surgery was closed. so i will have to see gp tomorrow. Anyway, it seems it is an early pregnancy!! I am glad but do not want to enjoy it too soon as i had a mc last year....
