I am possibly, very likely testing tomorrow...will be 14 dpo.....wondered if anyone would like to join me for testing now or in the next week.....

hows everyone? I am out.....back to CD1 this morning....but hey ho and on we go!!!! at least now i am not in that waiting area anymore....i am back to the proactive lets get pregnant! AND i get to eat a nice bit of rare steak for tea and have a beer!!!

nelix, sorry to hear that. still, fresh start this month...whats your next plan of attack ? I've decided to give up on monitoring CM and try to BD every two days - just to cover all bases

llynnnn, are you going to test again? CD 38 is quite impressive.

Ive had food poisoning last two days so i havent been eating and all food smells dreadful - even so im thinking, 'ooohhhh...' but cant test till tomorrow really.

thanks everyone..no worries tho it wasnt meant to be. damdaffs I have to monitor CM its my only option as my sperm donor only comes once a month (boom boom) seriously tho he can only donate once per cycle so I need to get it right and i think i got it wrong last month. So grapefruit juice it is! since I had my sone EWCM is nowhere to be seen!!!

nelix, that must just add another element of pressure on you for the whole process, arghh! Have you tried ovulation stix? I've sent off for some. I must admit ive been lazy, sort of assuming it will just happen as it did last time, forgetting i am 2 years older, more knackered etc plus DH isnt exactly mr men's health 2008, bless him, fags etc !

hi...yeah I have tried OPKs but they give varied results....the bottom line is if your CM is not fertile then it wont happen....I have some OPKS left I am not going to use...because the told me I was about to ovulate a week before i did....so no use to me lol!!!

oh dear, i won't get too excited when they arrive then, if only there was some surefire easy way to make this happen ASAP .

Still no AF here but not officially late till weds as i've had varying cycles. Totally dont want to get my hopes up tho, deffo not peeing on a stick for ages yet, the minute i do, AF will turn up...

ive never used the opk's
dont really know how it happened with dd as had v v v irregular cycles back then! since having her though (shes 24mths now) been quite reg usually 32-35 days, still no sign now though! did have v sore bb's before i got a bfp last time tho and nothing now! wish i'd either get a bfp or even af to put me out of my misery this month!! i hate the waiting!!

oh damdaffs they might work for you!..... just dont rely soley on them.

day 30 now (officially late) and no AF so did a test just now and got a BFN . Not even a faint line. So where is AF???

llynnnn, know how you feel. Feeling a bit niffed off with it meself really. My cycles have been all over the shop last 6 months, makes things tricky, thats why i decided to try the ovulation sticks.

Anyway i shouldnt have calculated my due date yesterday - total kiss of death ...

Still if i cant stand the heat maybe i should give up n stick to one LO! Grrrrr!!

I keep thinking 'ooo i feel a little sick' or 'ooo my bbs are a bit sore' etc etc! think its all in my mind now!!

well ive been having v slight period type pains - which i had first pregnancy, plus sense of smell wierd and totally off food, but have to admit i had food poisoning early in the weekend so it could be that. and emotional, but then one of our cats just died! yes i am guilty of symptom spotting!

DH said this morning we prob arent having enough sex, so he's the fertility expert now..

my DD is 23 months. maybe we hit a sort of bermuda triangle of fertility when they turn 2 !

wonder if we'll ever escape the triangle or if we are destined to be trapped in this same cycle forever!
i do the same with my symptoms, i think i have something but then blame it on something else! like am i overly tired (i was knackered throughout my whole last pg) but thats because i've been up since some unearthly hour this morning with dd!!

dh's are geniouses arent they!! i'm sure theres no ulterior motive there at all...

llynnnn just read through this post & iw as exactly the same last cycle! i'm normally a 32-34 day cycle, but af didnt show till day 46?? (with repeated bfns) was really annoyed as that must ahve meant i totally missed O time! this cycle, we've bd every 2/3 days. even though i think i've already O'd, gonna carry on just in case!

dinkyboysmum, this is something i dont understand...if your AF is very late does it mean you ovulated very late that cycle or that it was the normal time and for some reason AF just failed to fire off at the correct time?? Hmm, feel like i ought to know this....

I do actually feel pregnant now, going to re-test tomorrow AM. Not sure how thrilled DH would be as DD is waking 5 times a night at the mo .

damdaffs i have everything crossed for you. hope your dd is ok too, mine goes through phases of not sleeping well too, its usually her darn teeth!

sorry didnt answer your question, i'm just going to carry on waiting for another couple of weeks (if thats what it takes!!) my cycles used to really all over the place like this before i had dd. if it goes on for longer than that tho think dh will drag me to gp!

looking back at the thread i was on at the time, around the time i thought AF was due (the normal 32day mark), i commented on how much CM i had...to which everyone replied it was a sign of pg! AF arrived on day 46, 14 days after that post, so it must have been EWCM for O. (had been on the grapefruit juice! it really ups the amount of CM!!).

nope still nothing here!! i have already 'wasted' 2 tests now, i only have one left so am going to leave it as long as i can before i test again. knowing me i'll probably cave before the weekend is out tho!

OK, i've had a bit of spotting and judging by cramps i think AF is coming . this makes it 32 day cycle. previous one 26, then 28, 30, 28, 23, 25, 24, 25, 24....how can i work out when i'm ov when it keeps changing, arghhh!

sure i had lots EWCM when i shouldve for an average 26 day cycle, oh bloody hell i give up!

llynnnn, why dont you don a pair of white trousers and go out for the day with no supplies for AF, thats sure to bring it on . Seriously, still hope maybe you've done it. think im out of the race this month.

aww damdaffs i'm sorry. its so difficult isnt it. have u ever tried recording your temps? i did it for a bit when trying for dd
didnt really help me then as my cycles were veeeeeeeeery irregular! but might be worth a try

let me know though, u never know could be implantation bleeding if its just spots?? fingers crossed!

i did try doing my temps, trouble is i'm really crap in the morning and what with early waking daughter my chart was a mess. will try again tho, together with ovulation sticks, starting DH on zinc supplements and BD every two days.......MUST TRY HARDER

one good thing, all that being off food means i can get into those nice new jeans now, ho ho!
