ttc - alternative therapies?

just wondering if anyone has tried any other methods ttc (alternative remedies / healers / etc) or is it most commonly keep at it month after month or IVF? I started IVF while ttc dd2 but fell pregnant naturally. She is now eighteen months and although we began trying again as soon as possible after her birth, we still haven't had any joy. There are 11 years between the two dds... I won't wait that long again!

I also recomment acupuncture After having 2nd m/c in 8mths, in April this year, I decided to do something rather than wait for my body to take ages to sort itself out, like it did after the first m/c Aug last year. So found someone local who focussed on fertility (I'm in Brisbane, so not much use to you all in terms of distance ) and my cycles have regulated to 28 days for the first time in my life. This is the first cycle we have ttc so am waiting to see if we have been sucessful, but in terms of my cycle and having an hour to myself every week, I definitely recommend it
