Period's due 13th/14th July.
Thing is, with DS, around what must've been the time of implantation, I got a kind of cystitis feeling in my bifk, rather than my urethra, that lasted for days, and i just noticed it this morning, again.
we tried last month, and nothing happened, and i didn't get this feeling
as for metallic taste....i just had root canal this am, so all i can taste is essence of dentist.
Anyway.....will keep y'all posted...will try and resist testing until the 11th/12th.

So, I'm really confused. According to the "Babycentre" Ovulation calculator, my most fertile dates this month were 6th-11th July, so pretty much BDd every other day (or every day) throughout that time and before. So, how do I know which day I OVd?! CM was pretty consistent (yucky) the whole week. Had a darker line on my OVK on Sunday and had cramps Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Eased slightly on Wednesday and then no real cramps yesterday or today...

So don't know how many days after OV I am?!!

Any suggestions anyone?

Dawn - as you know I'm pretty new to this too. But I've assumed that Tuesday was my OV day. (feel free anyone to correct me), so I'm guessing yours might have been Sunday. I had real bad ovary ache on Tuesday and then it dulled on Wednesday and Thursday...now nothing.

Anyone got any advice on whether or not I've assumed all of this right...?

I'm not using anything to track OV as this is my first cycle TTC

The link that I found on the Babycentre is quite good. (I'm in my first month for TTC#1 aswell). You just put in your last CD1 and how many days your cycle is and it gives you your most fertile dates.

It's quite good! Assuming that it's right....

I did test today.
Only 10DPO so a wee bit early.
Have been feeling a bit dizzy the last few days and very tired. My boobs were also sore last night. These of course could all be signs that AF is coming

Oh, forgot to say I had a BFN.

Evening ladies. I started my period on Friday evening - 3 days early - grr! Felt quite teary all weekend. At least I wasn't late and hoping and hoping, only to be disappointed.. but in reality I was already hoping, no particular reason why I had no symptoms I just felt really hopeful. Finding it quite hard to be cheerful at the moment, especially when loads of friends are having babies this summer. Makes me feel pretty jealous. I am in awe of people that try for years and years. 11 months and I already feel fed up! Hope other people have more luck this week!

chocciedooby, sorry you had a BFN - but there's still time this month! SO difficult not to test early. I now don't keep the testers in the house - that way lies bankruptcy! I'm also using the babycentre ovulation predictor. I'd rather rely on that for a while - or I end up getting v obsessed with charting and ovulation spotting etc..

Did another test today and BFN again.Why do I not learn?????
I am 11DPO. Doesn't look like its going to be my month either.My boobs are a bit tender and I have a few facial spots (err)which normally spells AF for me

Its not over till the fat lady sings, chocciedooby - I'll be thinking of you over the next few days.

BFP for me today arrrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very shocked but lovely surprise as 1st month TTC. Hope the luck rubs off on the rest of you girls see you on an antenatal board soon!!!

Cheers bsl, um I've had a cracking headache for a couple of days, felt a bit sick and had pulling feeling in stomach I really thought it was going to be AF today but obviously not!

What was the pulling like and how long did it last?

I've been getting weird cramps since Sunday, but not due for AF til next week...it's the longest wait ever!!

Af started 2 days late on monday so have been feeling very plus it seems to be a very bad af indeed-worst i've had post dd

So it all starts again-i'm not liking this at all!! Much better to have a surprise dd!
I think the pressure i'm feeling not to have a big gap between dd and dc2 can't be helping
