Getting my hopes up too much every month after MCs

Hi everyone!! Hope you're ok. I've had a rough TTC journey. I'm 30 and have endometriosis and low AMH. I might have mild adenmyosis but evidence is conflicting. We also have low sperm morphology. We have been TTC for two years and I've had no luck naturally. I've had two IVF transfers - one was a chemical pregnancy and the other was a missed miscarriage and the baby stopped developing at 10 weeks. Before my next transfer we are trying naturally but I am convincing myself every month I'm pregnant and I never am. It's torture. I just can't help it! I also get such extreme physical PMS symptoms that it feels just like early pregnancy to me.

I have never had a HSG so don't know if my tubes are open but I am on the waiting list for one.

I don't know how to navigate this time with some hope but also not a huge amount as the come down is tough. But I also can't seem to allow myself a break as I'm desperate to be pregnant again. I'm finding this journey really lonely 😭 thank you x

Hi @Sofie1994

I am so very sorry you are going through all of this and so sorry to hear of your losses ❤️ it is devastating.

We also had a tough and long ttc journey with losses so I understand how lonely it can all feel and the heaviness and heartache that you carry and the longing to be pregnant again. It’s such a hard journey emotionally and physically specially with you going through ivf twice.

Hopefully you get your HSG soon and can hopefully give you some reassurance.

All you can do is your best and take it day by day. While going through our fertility journey I tried to keep up with self care, keeping fit, meditation, cold plunges 🙈🥶 eating well, even a holiday or long weekend away or just some date nights with my hubby just trying everything to look after my physical and mental health as best as I could and create some distraction away from ttc.
Some days were tougher than others but on those days you just need to be extra kind to yourself.

I hope you have good partner/family and/or friends support going through everything that you’re going through.
Sending so much love to you in this hard journey and sending positive vibes your way ❤️✨
