Chances of ovulation after miscarriage?

I had surgical management of a miscarriage just under 4 weeks ago, I finally got a negative pregnancy test 2 days ago & now have what (I think might be?) a positive ovulation test. Could this be that I’m about to ovulate or just that my first ‘period’ is coming? I know the answer is ‘wait and see’ but just want to know what anyone who has been in a similar situation thinks?

i had multiple miscarriages and I always counted the day of passing the sac and/or surgical management as like cycle day 1 of a period so yes its entirely possibly that this is a positive ovulation
especially if you have had a negative pregnancy test (on a molecular level hcg pregnancy hormone and LH for ovulation are almost identical and the home ovulation test strips cannot distinguish between the 2 hence why you can get a positive LH when you are pregnant) x
