Feeling a little deflated today, and Luteal Phase so that is making things worse.

We are TTC baby No.3 since March 2025 in that time I have had 4 miscarriages. I finally did a Private blood test - Hertility as my Gp refused to check my hormones. And low and behold my Estrodial is low. My AMH is slighly lower but healthy range. I know it is my age, I turned 39 in the spring.
We have been auper healthy extra, since TTC, low caffine/no caffine, water intake gone up, exercise and eating more fertile rich foods and supplements. We have always been plastic free in our home and only use metal, glass and wooden utensils and containers etc. This all worked great with ny first two. 1st child was 1st month ttc at age 33 and 2nd child took 4 months age 37.
I had the first miscarriage in July 2025 then Aug and the Sept very early biochemical. Then in March this year, I posted about it already here, I was around 6 weeks and by the time I was seen in EPAU there was no visible pregnancy but my JacH co tinued to rise for 2 weeks before then deopping back to 5 at the 4th week.
Just feel like my body has really hit Perimenapuase and is not able to make this happen. Our dream family plan was to have 4 kids but we would be ok with 3 and now I feel pile it will be just the 2. I am super grateful for my children. I just never thought I wouldn't be able to expand my family. Always dreamed of and prepared for a large family.
So yeah feeling a bit rubbish today. Not been stressing. Was last stressed in Feb/Mar/Apr horrible time with extended family and then literally 1 week later miscarried and then 4 weeks of stress and uncertainity. But since May/June all has been calm.

Are there success stories from any one who had miscarriages and concieved eventually in their late 30s and early 40s. Looking for some hope to lift me. Thank you

Hi OP. I had my first baby at 34 but struggled to conceive again and I had two miscarriages. I eventually had my second baby at 42. The only thing I did differently for my successful pregnancy was I took pregnacare every day for a month before I conceived and then kept taking it.

I’d stop.
Do you really want to spend your existing children’s childhoods in and out of hospitals, upset, on edge, all for the sake of a sibling?
Enjoy what you have.

Thank you for your reaponse. Thats a long time die you ever get a diagnoses. Did you see experts? Were you trying that whole time? What teating did you get? Was there a reason?

I am taking High dose Vit D, C, Methfolate and B12, Omega 3s, and Ubiquinal so taking all the essentials plus extra Iron. Been my daily supplemta for the last 15months.

I have been telling myself it has only been a few cycles aince the miscarriage and my body will need time so I am not hard on myself.

Appreciate the children you do have and give it up - some people would do anything for two beautiful, healthy children.

What a weird comments. Just because someone is trying for a third baby doesn’t mean they won’t appreciate or care for their children.

Tracking ovulation and taking tests do take some time, but so does scrolling on your phone on the couch; so I really don’t see the issue.

We are also trying to conceive our third child. I’m 38. I conceived my first at 33 and my second at 35. I’m really hoping it won’t take too long, but I also have to take my age into consideration at this point.

It’s not about not caring for her children - that’s not what I am saying. It is more about wasting brainpower/mental energy trying for a third when you already have two children to enjoy. That’s what I mean.
