Has anyone lengthened a short luteal phase naturally or medically?

Has anyone successfully increased their luteal phase naturally or with medical help?

Ive been TTC for 9 years, have only had one pregnancy that ended as an emergency ectopic, where I lost a tube.

Ive been seen by gynaecology & fertility services but due to my high BMI they won't/ cant help.

Since last July, I have been on a huge fitness / diet overhaul. I've lost 29kgs, completely changed how I eat, I go to the gym 5 times a week, ive reduced my BMi by 11 points.

But still my luteal phase remains 8 days only. I use ovusense, the data collection is really good. It clearly shows I ovulate late (day 19/20) and then my period will start 7/8 days later.

Surely, if this was all due to my weight then there should have been an improvement?!?

Yes, I took supplements on particular days in my cycle. I took my temperature as soon as i woke up and plotted it on a chart, and it did lengthen my LP. My son is 19 so it was a long time ago!
It was Agnus Castus and something else. .

..please do proper research though, don't take my word for it.
