First letrozole cycle and worried Ovitrelle trigger was given too early

so it's my first time taking letrozole. I did 5mg from days 3-7 of my cycle. The bleed necessary to taking letrozole was actually my first natural bleed/ovulation I've had in years! Unfortunately although l timed intercourse well I didn’t conceive, so decided to try Letrozole this cycle.

I had a baseline scan which was fine, then was told to come back for a scan on day 10 of cycle. There were 2 follicles they could see on the right that would potentially become dominant, they were around 12-12.5mm. I was told to come back again day 13, and one of those two follicles grew to 14.7mm, which they classed on my scan as a 15mm.

My fertility doctor was contemplating whether to bring me back in for another scan the following day to see, but she decided against it and advised me to take ovitrelle on day 15 of my cycle and have timed intercourse that evening (which was yesterday) this evening and tomorrow and to start taking progesterone suppositories from Saturday evening. I was also told to take 2x Ovitrelle trigger shots as she said my bmi may not absorb the standard dose.

Her logic was that once a follicle reaches around 15mm, it's almost guaranteed they'll grow at a faster rate and be close to maturing before I take the trigger shots which will also encourage that final maturation. I was just worried as from day 10-13 my follicles grew really slowly. Having minimal side effect from the trigger too, she was saying I'Il feel extremely bloated and uncomfortable, esp since there were two potential eggs ( the second one was 13.5mm) but feel pretty ok. None of my usual EWCM. Just worried that the trigger was too early, and that maybe it hasn't helped it mature. I know I should trust the professionals, but I'm wondering why she didn't just offer me a scan on the day she advised I trigger to be certain
😔this journey is stressful.
