Could ovulation have happened earlier despite a later temperature rise?

Hi guys. I’ve been tracking ovulation. Anyway I’m always a 25-27 day cycle but I didn’t get a rise until Thursday which would mean I’d be a 30 day cycle if this is the case. However my CM changed on Monday my app said I was due to ovulate the Friday before. Could’ve I ovulated around Monday and just had a delay in temp?
