How long can morning after pill delay period?

I took the morning after pill as had sex when ovulating. My period is now 13 days late, done a test but it’s negative. Could it be just too early to test? Or is it possible the morning after pill is just delaying my period? Seems like a long delay. Internet says it can be up to 20 days in rare cases.
Anyone had the MAP delay their period by this long before?

I took MAP after condom split. Delayed my period but I read and reread the info and it said all completely regular to delay.
