So my cycles vary between 24 and 29 days but my luteal phase is usually only 11/12 days. So ovulation between CD12-CD18 although 14-16 is most common. I normally follow a pretty typical pattern of positive opk then I see a temp rise via my smart watch exactly 2 days later.
This month however.... had positive opk on CD15 but my temperature didn't rise until CD19. I've been tracking for a while so this change has thrown me!
Is it common for the time between positive OPK and ovulation to vary month to month? Have I just been lucky so far that it's been very textbook?
