BBT chart at 9DPO: when did yours start to look promising?

BBT mamas when did you start thinking your chart was looking interesting? Have attached mine (one day my ring died) I think I’m 9DPO. My readiness has tanked & my RHR is up!

What are you using to chart? I can’t really tell what’s going on here and there are just bars with no context. The bigger picture helps! :)

I really recommend Fertility Friend App. It worked with my Apple Watch to automatically add my temp every morning as soon as it took it. You can log all kinds of things, which makes it easier to look back and view patterns, and the graph helps pinpoint where you ovulated and track things after. Below is my son’s graph from December 2024. He’s nine months old (7.5 adjusted as he was 7 weeks premature) now!
