What did you miss when investigating infertility?

Just wondered what other tests/investigations people have done and found them helpful to solving their infertility. So far have done all the usual, basic sperm test, bloods, hycosy, ultrasound.
Was there anything you wish you had done sooner?

Endometriosis. I had a small cyst on my ovary which was dismissed as being functional and not investigated any further. It wasn’t functional, it was the start of a huge endometrioma along with the other compilations caused by endometriosis. Endometriosis can’t be seen on an ultrasound and I really didn’t have any significant pain, but it was almost certainly the cause of my fertility issues.

Did you have any other symptoms? I worry about endometriosis but there is nothing really that suggests I have it, and I believe you need surgery to diagnose? Which makes me hesitate to look into it...

Weight. For some people it isn't an issue to conceive overweight, for some I think it is.
