I’m currently on cycle day 19 and I have no idea if I’ve ovulated or not, and I’m getting so upset about it. This is a medicated cycle (letrozole 7.5mg) but not monitored. OPKs positive cycle day 13, with peak showing around 00.30 on cycle day 14. I could then see it going back down on cycle day 15. Annoyingly I stopped testing so lh strips for day 16 or 17. My bbt went up on cycle day 16 so I thought this is it! But it dipped on cycle day 17, and again cycle day 18, only going back up today. I didn’t notice any egg white cm this cycle but did have watery cm, increased libido, stabbing pains in left ovary on cycle day 15/16. Have I somehow missed another peak?? I have had cycles before where I don’t ovulate but they’d never show such a strong peak like I got. And especially with the pains I felt, I was so certain ovulation had happened day 15 or 16. Thoughts??
