1st Fertility clinic appointment

I have my first appointment with the fertility clinic at Luton and Dunstable Hospital in September. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this clinic and what to expect at the first appointment?

We went to a very reputable clinic in south Manchester and unfortunately had an upsetting experience. I had bloods done and scans and hubby did the sperm test, they came back and said my AMH levels were incredibly low and would make conceiving difficult (I’d already had 4 miscarriages os I very much doubted this) they said also hubbys sperm count was very low (but hed managed to help me conceive 4 times?) they said that £8,500 IVF was our only option. We then got an appt at St Mary’s hospital where a doctor told us everything was fine and I’d just need daily injections from conception to 20 weeks, steroids and high dose folic acid. Ironically this doctor also worked at that same private clinic! The story had a happy ending though and we now have two boys who are 4 and 5.
