Is 7 days DPO too early even for early test?

So I usually ovulate around day 13-15, this month on app says day 14 ovulation; on says day 15.

i tested today, day 22 of my cycle, is this too early to test? It was negative but now im kinda kidding myself it’s a false negative…

I’m also 7DPO so I feel you with the urge to test! I’d say 7DPO is too early, as implantation usually occurs between 6-10 DPO.

It’s so rubbish waiting but I’d do another test in 3 or 4 days and hope you get a positive result then!

Do you know exactly when you ovulate? Do you do OPK tests etc?

Yeah I do - based on them I think ovulation day 13/14? But NC (based on BBT) say day 15

my cycles are usually 22-24ish day which is on the shorter side. Just getting impatient 😆

It’s so hard waiting! I swear it’s just the longest two weeks ever. I know people who’ve got positive results (faint ones) at 9DPO or 10DPO so maybe try another test then. Fingers crossed for you.

I’m so sick of negative tests at this point that I’ve decided to just assume I’m not pregnant every month and only do a test if my period is late. But it’s still really hard!

I dont think you had ovulated by day 13/14... those are still low readings. The test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line. Did you continue testing after CD14?

I didn’t because I assumed I’d ovulated. I have a short cycle so ovulating day 12-14 is usual for me. I wouldn’t expect to be ovulating later than that. I’ve been tracking BBT for years but only recently using ovulation tests

But you didnt get a peak ovulation test so I think you should keep testing so you don't miss it. How long are your cycles usually?
