Grapefruit juice, it really does work !

Just thought i'd post about this as its worked really well for me but you dont really read about it much nowerdays.

I have always been lacking in the Cm department and have never really noticed proper ewcm just watery stuff. I thought i would try grapefruit juice, its talked about a lot on the American boards but not so much over here. Anyway on CD1 i started having a glass a day, its absolutly foul so takes some getting used to but after a few days its not so repulsive, i topped mine up with lemonade tp take the edge off it.

I got my Peak on the CBFM yesterday and am absolutly soaking with proper egg whitey ewcm today, its amazing.

If your ewmc deficient i'd give it a try

Yeah I did cough medicine last month it has to be the right one. I didn't notice much of a difference. Going to try grapefruit juice this month....watch this space

owlpatrol I'll join you on the grapefruit if I don't get my BFP this month, AF due in 2 days and all tests showing BFN so far :(

CD9 and ewcm today! Woohoo! Grapefruit is definitely working it's magic

After the 2 weeks of grapefruit everyday for breakfast, I have thrush! ☹️ As annoying as this is, could this be anything?

@babybeany oh no!! How annoying!! I'm not convinced by this grapefruit / omega 3 thing as this month is the first month I've NOT noticed any ewcm at all! I've had a fair amount of non ew stuff but not the good stuff! Had a blazing positive opk (the strongest ic I've ever had) and dtd that night and the next anyway and used fertility gel so just hoping that did the trick! Stupid grapefuit...

Which cycle days are people drinking grapefruit juice?
I tried it this month and had no ewcm at all, stayed watery the whole fertile period. I usually get 1-2 days of it.

@surreygirl1987 It might all turn out to be good news! I have been busy googling (has anyone else?) and it seems thrush can be one of the earliest signs of a BFP! Cramping since 2dpo and now I’m 8dpo. I’ll let you all know if there is a grapefruit BPF!

@anxiouswaiting I started drinking the juice and eating the fruit as soon as AF stopped. I don’t normally get any CM so I am trying anything... I have learned that just because you have a period, it doesn’t always mean you ovulate. Big baby dust to all of us! X

Ooh @babybeany that's exciting! Wish I was 8dpo... the wait is excruciating! Are you going to test early or just wait and See?
@anxiouswaiting I'm on cycle 6 at the mo and so desperate to get a bfp... really don't want to roll on past half a year as I know I'll worry more cycle by cycle.... how about you guys?

@surreygirl1987 I have tests indoors. I’m going to try and hold off testing for another few days. My boyfriend keeps telling me to try and not get over excited about it all... I can’t help it though! If only they knew! How many dpo’s are you? X

Ha your boyfriend sounds sensible... but it's impossible to not be excited and hopeful! Well I thought I was on 1 or 2 dpo... But literally just noticed a MASSIVE amount or ewcm! So relieved - maybe I didn't already ovulate even though I got a really positve opk two days ago! Had a temp rise yester but not a massive one so here's hoping it rises again tomorrow? God this ttc lark is messing with me head!

Ha I did... although dp struggled 3 days in a row!! Afterwards I lay on the floor with my legs in the air. First time I've tried this. DEFINITELY going mad. My husband's face when he saw what I was doing... 😂

@babybeany have you tested yet?? I'm trying to wait so nervous and worried I've got my hopes up too much and I'm guna get a BFN. But don't want to test too early and get a BFN if I'm pregnant. Going insane, 9dpo. Xx

I had to shout at myself this morning to stop myself from wasting a frer! It's all i think about all day haha 🙈 your amazing if you can wait until Fri suppose result would be more accurate by then. Keep me updated xx
