Has anyone missed their peak on Clearblue digital ovulation tests?

I’ve been using the Clearblue digital ovulation tests for the past 4 months and also used them with my previous pregnancy with no issues. My cycles are usually very regular and I always get a smiley face pretty much bang on when my app says I should ovulate.
Going by my app I should ovulate today (Saturday), which means I should’ve got a smiley yesterday or this morning at the latest but it’s still a blank circle.
I usually test morning and evening but I ran out of tests so didn’t get testing on Thursday evening. Is it possible I could’ve missed my peak by not testing on Thursday evening or would the test still pick it up by the time I got testing on Friday afternoon?
I know it’s possible that I could ovulate late this month but this has never happened before and my cycles are usually regular.

I had ewcm on Thursday and Friday but it’s a thick creamy consistency today.
Could it be possible that I missed my peak? I was so hopeful this month and now I’m worried that I’m not going to ovulate.

Definitely possible. I'd absolutely miss my peak if I only tested once a day, it's up and down again in about 12 hours. If you had sex then you're in with a shout potentially.

Hoping this is the case, although the instructions on the Clearblue digitals say to only test once a day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sorry to say this but there was a fertility expert on This morning this week and she said just throw them away just have regular sex and don't stress about ovulation.

Orrrrr if you're totally knackered then only needing to target two days a month is much more achievable and less stressful.

I have a 1 year old and 3 year old who don’t sleep so I’m completely exhausted, I don’t want to have sex more than I have to 🤣🤣

I track as well because no way can I keep up with regular sex when I have pcos and don’t know when I’ll ovulate! I’ve not used clear blue, but can recommend the Premom ovulation tests. They’re good, and cheap. I test twice a day with them and have always managed to catch a peak
