Late period, not pregnant 30 years old

Hi I came off the combined pill towards the end of November after being on it for around 14 years. I had my normal
withdrawal bleed an then had a normal period around 4 weeks later.

My period is around a week late this month, and I’ve taken a test and it shows negative.

i did have some bleeding after sex 6 days ago, but i do have a cervical ectropian so have put this down to that. I have since had some brown/beige discharge and sometimes faint pink which I assumed was my period coming, however no signs yet.

Should I just assume I’m not going to have a period this month as my hormones are still balancing out from being in the pill?

Im not sure how long it takes for periods to go back to normal but please keep an eye on it. I was diagnosed with POI premature menopause at 39. If you’re having other symptoms like dryness, brain fog, irritability, depression, hot flushes i’d get checked out xx
