I’m nearly 34 and just starting out ttc.
I get pre period /luteal phase spotting every month 4-7 days before my period . I’ve had this for years. I never thought anything of it until I came across some articles and posts about how this can make it difficult to have a successful pregnancy .
a couple of years ago I got pregnant after one time having sex day of ovulation but it ended in a chemical pregnancy .
i have been really anxious since reading about luteal phase defects so I would love to hear successful stories if anyone had any?
would be good to know about your spotting and how long it took to conceive and if it was successful
