Light bleeding on day 20 of my cycle what is this?

Hi all I got some light bleeding this morning on day 20 of my cycle. Could this be implantation bleeding? Also woke up with back pain which was very random :/ none of these things are normal for me during this stage and in-between my period. Can anyone advise or had similar things? Thank you :)

Are you TTC?
Are you tracking ovulation, if so how many DPO are you? How long is your cycle usually?

Some women can occasionally get ovulation bleeding, so if you aren’t TTC it could be that.

That's a good point thank you for your reply. So I am TTC I'm about 4 days post ovulation according to my app. My cycle has varied previously to up to 38 days but I would say last two months been more around 30 days.

do you just use the app to tell you or do you track other things? If you’re not on traditional
cycle then the apps can be wildly off. I actually ovulate around day 20. Do you track cervical mucus and temperature? Do you use LH strips?

3/4 way through your cycle could be implantation bleeding.
Could also be your progesterone dip, post ovulation.

If you’re only 4dpo I’d say unlikely to be implantation but anything is possible! I would recommend using some other ways to track ovulation too as the LH strips aren’t totally accurate - for example I ovulate 2 days after a positive LH!
