Is it normal to have a BBT dip at 5dpo?

I have also had a bbt dip at 5dpo today! Mine below Coverline even and my temps didn't seem to rise high either.
but tbh I don't think temping is reliable for me as I get up multiple times in the night to use the toilet or for thirst etc and don't sleep particularly well either.

Is it normal to have a BBT dip at 5dpo?

Days 3-6 are normal for a surge of oestrogen which causes a dip.
