Looking for fellow long haulers! Been casually TTC for 2 years now, and now taking it a bit more seriously. Share your stories and where you are in your cycle now 😊

Honestly I'm kinda glad we needed to use it from the offset - it's meant we can keep intimacy intact which has been a godsend over such a long journey! We started off using kits, but they more than doubled in price so for the latter 18 months we were using syringes and specimen pots from Amazon. I prefer the syringes with the rounded end - they're often listed as lubricant applicators. It saved us so much money and proved just as effective as the kits.

I'll be on Ovamex and Ovaleap, trigger will be Ovitrelle (not confusing at all that they all sound the same!). We're lucky that the NHS covers 3 rounds due to my genetic diagnosis.

Not too bad at all to be honest I had the odd day where I got headache and cramps but overall it was fine 😊

That's good to hear. I guess it varies for everyone but hopefully I won't have too many side effects!
