What did your rpoc come out like??

Sorry if this is a little TMI I’m just curious to know other people’s experiences.. I had MVA for MMC 4 weeks ago and have 2.5cm retained vascular products. I’ve been on provera to induce a bleed and so far no bleeding only some light spotting and heavy discharge.. can rpoc come out with discharge or will it be more obvious when it comes away? I know a lot of people bleed heavy etc but I wondering if this is always the case?

Sounds like you might need a D&C if your taking medication and the product is still not coming away. Your uterus needs to contract and shed to remove remaining product but if this doesnt happen you have to remove it with surgery. Im sorry for your loss and then having to go through this also. Its such a long journey sometimes that you have to suffer through.

@Miraclemuma03thanks for the reply, yes I am booked in for a hysteroscopy in 2 weeks time just incase things don’t come away. I just wonder if it is coming away in dribs and drabs sort of thing x

It should come away with bleeding, sometimes cramping and a fleshy blood clot type looking thing,
