Chemical Pregnancy

Hello. I’m looking for advise/support.

My last cycle ended in a chemical pregnancy. And unfortunately so has this one.
Two back to back chemicals and it’s honestly broken me.

I am currently under a fertility clinic.
I have had a full set of hormone bloods done back in October which all came back normal.
I had a day 21 progesterone blood test which came back normal showing that I did ovulate.

My next step now is to have a hycosy, the test where they check your fallopian tubes.

My cycles are around 33/35 days in length, the clinic said they can give me a medication which brings on ovulation so that they can bring my cycles down to 28 days.

At the moment I just feel like my body is broken. I’m so desperate to become a mum and I just feel like a failure.

I’ve tried acupuncture, I’m taking coq10 and a good prenatal vitamin.

I’m grateful for any advice, success stories and suggestions. Thank you

Hi I just want to say I am so terribly sorry for your two devastating losses. I have been there and it is just heartbreaking. I had one chemical and then one miscarraige at about 9 weeks, there was a heartbeat etc before the second loss so I am just completely broken after it all. My nurse had told me that sometimes there is just no reason found at all as to why it happens but be sure to get all of the tests done that they offer, you could also get DP/DH to do a semen analysis. Sending you hugs and wishes that you get your baby soon. I am also absolutely desperate to become a mam and my heart is shattered, finding this Christmas particularly difficult. Cannot stop thinking about having a baby of our own. Im going to give a little break for a couple of months and try again then, I had my two losses within 3 months x

Hello.
Thank you for your kind words I am so so sorry that you have been through similar.
my husband has had a semen analysis and it came back normal.
its just a horrible thing to go through especially so close to Christmas.
I don’t know if you have seen the old wives tale about putting a baby blanket under the Xmas tree but I will be doing this tomorrow

Its just awful. You'll see loads of stories on here though of successful pregnancies after 2 + miscarraiges. The nurse did tell me that although its not what id want to hear that sometimes there is just no reason found.
It is so sad, I feel like I could cry all day today.
I have seen that and I will absolutely be doing that tomorrow too, anything is worth a try.
Have they prescribed you progesterone? They have prescribed both it and higher dose Folic Acid for me, not sure if these are necessary as like you my bloods are all normal but they have prescribed them anyway x
