I think I'm going mad. We aren't TTC (far from it) and I can't even remember if we've had sex in the last month. probably. But with a condom, always. Anyway, my period arrived a week early last week. Not totally unheard of as I'm still bf DD and have only had 4 cycles since her. Though all regular as clockwork.
Anyway, the period started light, got heavy and clotty and I'm sure I passed some 'tissue' not unlike when I had an early mc. Then after 2 days it stopped - which is not like me as I usually go for 3-4 days heavy then lighter. Anyway, 1.5 days later it started up again, for a day. I did a pg test (cheapo but 10mg per whatever) and it was a BFN. yesterday I woke and threw up then spent the day with on and off nausea. Today I felt better but a little sicky. For the last week I've had that horrid metallic taste in my mouth, been EXTREMELY emotional and tearful and I have a seriously annoying sense of smell that has even caused me to gag.
Anyway, did another test yesterday and it's BFN. Do phantom pregnancies exist? I haven't a clue what to think. I don't want to go to the Dr as with having very little protected sex, a recent period and negative tests they'll think I'm crazy. Perhaps I am.
