Is ovulation spotting a good or bad sign?

I’m having a weird cycle this month (been ttc 4 years) . I usually ovulate day 14 or 15.

This month I started getting EWCM very early (cd7) and had a positive ovulation last night at cd10. Yesterday I also had loads of EWCM.
Around 7 pm this evening I’ve had intense cramps around my right ovary and then at 930pm when I went to the toilet spotting?? Dark pink and red some in the toilet and then on wiping. An hour later and nothing at all??

I’ve just had 2 cycles where I had progesterone for luteal support as have oestrogen dominance and endometriosis. I’ve never had such an early ovulation or such bad ovulation pain and then spotting? Is it a good or a bad sign.

Has anyone had this the month they conceived ?

It could just be an off cycle but if it continues then I would talk to your care provider as its not usually normal to spot inbetween cycles. Sometimes ovulation spotting can occur and could be normal but if its not normal for you then id keep an eye on it for next cycle..
