I have been putting off taking a pregnancy test because I've been so nervous. I left it until 6 days late for af but I've just got my first BFP!!
I have been documenting my symptoms and I'd love to share with you!
3dpo cramping, lower back pain
4dpo same but more of a pulling type cramp woke up with blocked nose
5dpo stretching pulling cramps in lower tummy, very bad lower back pain, feeling run down. Sore throat, blocked nose. Tired
6po. stuffy nose, tugging cramps, extreme fatigue, backache. Heightened sense of smell
I didn't like my morning coffee either!! Heightened anxiety. Overly emotional. Can't stop crying. Feeling overwhelmed with everything
7dpo extreme fatigue . Vivid dreams. Still keep crying
8dpo exhausted, feeling nauseous, still feeling anxious , frequent urination, constipated
9dpo cramping, lower backache, sneezing, blocked nose, irritable, fatigue , spotty skin- especially on my chin, constipated , breathless
Very bad sciatic pain for the last 3 days or so
10dpo been feeling nauseous all day, and threw up bile 3 times. Headache, fatigue, moody, feeling run down, sneezing and stuffy nose, cramping lower abdomen , breathless
11dpo. Extreme fatigue, feeling sick. Headache. Bloated. Constipation
12dpo vivid dreams about being pregnant with triplets and about having a total of 7 kids!! Sore nipples (usually my whole breast tissue is extremely tender before AF, but not experiencing that pain, only sore nipples. Itchy nipples. Veiny breasts, full feeling in my ribs like high stomach bloating . Feel angry like I hate my partner. Very bad cramping. I feel af is coming 😞
13dpo feeling sick, cramping, still feel like af is on her way 😞 sore breasts. Been sick with bile twice. bad swollen sore acne flare up on face especially chin and cheeks, tired, lower backache, increased appetite
14dpo feeling sick, loose bowels,backache , cramps, sore nipples, heightened sense of smell, Increased appetite . Bile sick again
15dpo sore breasts, very tired, lower backache, vivid dreams about pregnancy, bloating , itchy nipples, feeling irritable
For the past three days I've woken up at 5.30am needing a wee
16dpo day period is meant to be here
Sore breasts, headache, tired, feel sick, cramping, loose bowls. Feels like af is coming. Loads of yellow snotty discharge followed by wet discharge
17dpo period 2 days late
Very sore boobs and nipples, cramping, watery cm, frequent urination, disturbed sleep , woke up for a wee twice and couldn't get back to sleep . Increased thirst
18dpo period 3 days late
Watery ewcm , sore breasts, feel sick, woke up in the night for wee and sickness, cramps, slight yellow stringy cm. No appetite . Increased thirst
19dpo 4 days late period
Woke up several times in the night for a wee. Can't sleep. lower backache, soft stools, very painful erect nipples, feeling sick, h*rny, fatigued
20dpo woke up 5am to wee. Can't sleep. Feel anxious and sick. extremely sore nipples. Clearer skin. Emotional. Had to nap in the day time. Nipples look darker
21dpo dreamt I told my mum I was pregnant. lower belly cramping, very tired. Feel very sick. Loose stools. Sore breasts and nipples. Lower backache. Wet cm.
OMG!!! BFP with afternoon urine.
