Is this a chemical pregnancy?

Yesterday morning (13DPO) I got a very faint positive. I was so excited I took 3 more tests 😆 and they were all faint positives. I also took a digital and it was negative.

This morning (14DPO) I took a test with first morning urine and it was completely white negative.
I took another one to check and again it was completely white negative.

About 5 hours later I took another test and it had a faint positive (about the same darkness as yesterday).

I am worried I am having a chemical pregnancy as I don’t understand why the line wasn’t here this morning also why it hasn’t got darker.

My period is due tomorrow. I don’t feel like it is coming - but I have been having a lot of cramping.

Symptoms - cramping, lower back ache, eating everything in sight, and lots of saliva in my mouth 😂

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've experienced this and been pregnant, and I've experienced it whilst not being pregnant.

Not helpful I know. But I suppose you'll find out I'm a day or two.

Hey there. I had faint easy@home positives at about 13dpo with my son. They were very faint and shadowy like yours, so I ordered some first response tests to be sure and got more pronounced lines on those. I didn't get proper strong lines until a few days after this and I was worrying it was a chemical pregnancy, but it wasn't.

The pregnancy hormone in your urine doubles every 48 hours if you are pregnant and it's best to use first morning urine so you could try testing again with an earlier test like FR.

Good luck keep us posted!

Also at the very beginning I had negative digitals I think their HCG threshold is higher than tests like first response. Remember you are testing very very early in the pregnancy so don't worry if lines are faint and some standard tests are negative x

I've experienced this and it turns out I'm not pregnant. Mine if I inhale scent from food, perfume or anything, my mouth would be full of saliva.
