Clomifene my final hurrah! Any tips welcome ❤️

Hello ladies of the internet I would like to pull on your experiences if I may. I have been prescribed clomifene after years and years of not being able to fall pregnant again as my last ditch attempt to give my daughter a sibling. I have a 6 month course which I will start tomorrow (day 2-6 of my cycle) I wondered if you had any tips or tricks to increase the success rate or just any stories of your experiences with it as I don’t really know much about it other than it increases your ovulation. I’m 40 and pretty sure I’m edging into perimenopause so this is my final hurrah before I just pack it in completely. All stories welcome! Thank you for reading ❤️

We struggled with secondary infertility. From memory, it was a problem with my progesterone levels. Got pregnant in the second month of using it. She’s about to celebrate her 11th birthday. Good luck!

@CarlaLemarchantthank you for sharing your story! I’ve had every test going to get to the bottom of my infertility and I’ve got the doctors stumped! Everything comes back normal with myself and my partner but I just never seem to fall pregnant. I think they threw the clomid at me as a “maybe try this” approach so hopefully it works! I’ve got a progesterone test on day 21 so we will see what happens! Fingers crossed I have the same luck as you 🥰
