Implantation/luteal support with progesterone advice needed

I had my LH surge early on Wednesday morning (had checked the night before at 7pm and it was negative but was positive at 6am on 19/11)

I have progesterone and I know you need to start 3 days after ovulation but I’m having trouble working out when to start? Would it be Sunday and should it be AM or PM to start? I know it can be dangerous to start it too soon (tubal pregnancy risk) but I can’t work out from the LH surge when I would have ovulated and don’t want to get it wrong!

Can anyone offer any advice with the timing of this ? Thanks

Who gave you the progesterone? You need to speak to them

It’s leftover from ivf cycles and I’m waiting a few months for new cycle so trying to boost my chances in the meantime so can’t ask anyone
