BFP on early tests but not on boots strip tests?

Hi ladies
Going by my last period I'm around 4w+3.
I've done a few boots early pink dye tests which all have a pink line albeit relatively faint. Also done an early clear blue digital which came up pregnant. I've done 2 boots strip tests tonight which are showing bfn. Have to say my urine probably was a bit diluted and only around a 2 hr hold max. But it's worried me slightly and I wondered if my HCG levels aren't high enough yet to detect on the strip tests? Can anyone put my mind at ease?!
Thanks 💕

When did you get your positives?

When did you get your positives?

Got BFP on the CB Digital last night. And a BFP on a boots early (albeit relatively faint) the day before.

I should say the boots strip tests seem to have a higher hcg at 25miu so could be why they're still BFN..

Do you know roughly how many days past ovulation you are? You’re absolutely right that the boots strip tests are less sensitive than the early detection ones, I’ve found both to be reliable but def get a way stronger result (and earlier result) using the sensitive ones. Hcg can rise at different rates all within a normal range, so (personally) id just keep testing. Though id say be strict with yourself and only use fmu, as there’s at least some control over variables there. Otherwise you might get vastly different results and worry yourself for no reason :)

good luck!

You're pregnant. You've had a positive digital. No need to keep testing. My rule is to assume all is well, unless I have actual symptoms that could suggest something is wrong.

Congratulations!

Thanks girls.
I will say I done another clear blue early digital this morning as it was my last one in the house 🤣 and it said not pregnant. My other CB digital early I done that with a good 4 hour old wee at night time. So maybe my urine is strong at night I don't know but that worried me slightly! I don't have any bleeding or other symptoms except from the odd cramps. So I will just try relax for now just unsure why it would say not pregnant.

I'm unsure how many dpo I am! I'll maybe test again in a few days time. My last clear blue digital said not pregnant this morning with fmu. However the pregnant result was from night time wee. So maybe it was higher at the time who knows. I will try relax for now as I have no symptoms to suggest anything is wrong but we shall see! Thanks 💕

Sounds like a good plan @sugardust90 :)
