Any success stories after testing negative at 9DPO?

Hello! Just as the title really.. has anyone had experiences of being pregnant despite testing negative at 9DPO?

I have just done a Clearblue early detection test (admittedly not with FMU) and it's stark white. Feeling really disappointed so just wondering if anyone has had this happen but then tested positive a couple of days on?

The vast majority of woman will not get their bfp until 12-14dpo.

Some will get their bfp beforehand, some not until after their AF is due.

Try not to lose hope just because an early detection test hasn’t shown a positive. I feel like they can be pretty misleading with the test 6 days early because it causes upset if you get a negative 6 days before AF but really things can affect this such as ovualtion date, implantation date, the time it takes hcg to start to increase.

Give it a few more days and test at 12dpo and again the day after your missed period.

I would think the vast majority of people would have a negative 9dpo

Thank you both, that gives me a little hope. I will hold out and test in a few days x

Me! I had a complete negative at 9dpo, I think the first day I got an extreeeeeeemely faint positive was at 10dpo, this could have even been 11dpo, I’ll attach a pic. My lines were super faint for a long time, and didn’t really look “strong” until 19dpo? But she’s 5.5 months old now so I guess it worked out ok 😂

Most of the early pregancy tests give the "5 days early" on the presumption of an average 28 day cycle, so 10 days dpo as the earliest for a possible positive and they still have only a 70% accuracy rate at that point. As said above, give it another few days and if you have shorter cycles keep in mind you might not get a positive until you have missed the first day of your period.

I just have. I was negative at 9dpo and 10dpo (gum) I kept feeling crampy all day so I tested later in the day and had an incredibly faint line by about 2pm (10dpo).
I did another cheapie test this morning (incredibly faint still) but got a positive on a clear blue ultra early digital. I was so shocked the digital was positive! Just hoping it’s not a mistake and it works out this time. I had a chemical last month

Even my 10dpo was so faint I would have thought it was negative if I wasn't trying to kid myself. Easily could have mistaken for an evap or not even a line until 12/13dpo
I'm now due any day with another rainbow 🌈
